Refund and Cancellation Policy

• You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel our services within 5 days of making payment.
• If you cancel after 5 days, you will be charged for the work completed up to that point. The remaining balance will be refunded to the account used for payment within 45 days of cancellation.
• To avoid charges for service renewal, you must cancel at least 10 days before the next billing cycle begins.
• If you cancel after the billing cycle starts, you will be billed for the work completed during that month.
• Even if you sign up for our services but don’t use them, you are still required to pay for them.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 45 days of service cancellation.

Santosh Kumar is not liable for refunds or guaranteeing top search rankings in the following cases:

• Changes in search engine algorithms, policies, or features affecting SEO rankings.
• Incorrect URLs provided by the client affecting link-building efforts.
• Use of third-party SEO services by the client, which impacts SEO results.
• Fluctuations in website ranking and search result position, as immediate ranking changes cannot be guaranteed.
• Negative impact on rankings due to content changes made by the client or a third-party service.

We cannot guarantee top-ten search rankings but always strive to deliver the best results to grow your business.
